Q: Does the tour operate in wet weather?

A: Our tours are not weather dependant. Actually the rainy days are always our busiest. The Rainforest is truly magnificent when it is rainy and the waterfalls are simply spectacular! A rainy night is the best time to see the glow worms we do provide you with wet weather ponchos and torches, you will love all of our day tours even if it's wet! ^up

Q: Do I need to take wet weather gear if it rains?

A: You are welcome to bring along your own waterproof jacket or umbrella. With our evening Glow Worm Tour all wet weather gear and torches are supplied. ^up

Q: Can I see the glow worms during the day time?

A:The Glow Worm tour is a night tour. If you would only like to see them at day time we can organise a special day tour for your group (minimum 4 passengers) to see day time Glow Worms at our private location! The evening experience includes the Springbrook Observatory which the day tour is not capable of viewing.  ^up

Q: Do you provide a pick-up service for the tour?

A: We pick up from all major hotels between Coolangatta & Labrador on the Gold Coast. Whilst we do not pick up from all accommodation in this area, we should be able to get you to a location that is within walking distance of your accommodation. We will however drop you back at your accommodation at the end of your tours. ^up

Q: Can I join the tour at the National Park?

A: The National Parks is 45 minutes drive from Surfers Paradise on roads that are not well lit or well signposted and we do not recommend people trying to drive there. Our tour includes a pick up and drop off service from the Gold Coast. We are also trying to minimise our carbon emissions so it is better for us to take you there in our bus rather than everyone driving their own individual cars.  ^up

Q: Do I need to confirm my tour booking?

A: It is best that you confirm your booking at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to make changes if there are any irregularities with the booking. ^up

Q: What should I wear on the tour?

A: Please wear casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes. Please bring a light jacket in cooler months, a bottle of water is always recommended and don't forget your camera!. ^up

Q: What if I have special dietary requirements?

A: We offer a vegetarian menu and can also cater for gluten free. We also however offer Halal meals. ^up

Q: Can I photograph the glow worms?

A: That is not possible to photograph the glow worms using a flash. You may photograph the glow worms as long as yoru flash is turned off. You can use your camera at all locations on all other tours ^up

Q: How do infants travel on the bus?

A: Infants must travel on the knee of a parent, and once they reach the age of 1 year old, must be seated in their own seat. ^up

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Please see the DETAILS page for each tour to see the cancellation policy for that tour. ^up
